⚖️ Terms & Conditions – Sunnywebb
These terms apply between Sunnywebb (hereafter “we”) and the client (hereafter “you”) when purchasing our web design and marketing services.
1. Services
We offer web design, hosting, SEO, copywriting, and branding services.
Each project is specified in a quote or agreement before work begins.
2. Ordering and Payment
Once a quote or agreement is approved, the project begins.
Payment is made according to the agreement, usually:
50% at project start
50% upon delivery or launch
Invoices normally have a 10–15 day payment term.
3. Delivery
Delivery time varies depending on project scope and availability of materials (texts, images, logos, etc.).
Delays caused by missing materials or late responses from the client will extend the delivery time.
4. Ownership and Usage
The website and all materials remain the property of Sunnywebb until full payment has been received.
After full payment, ownership transfers to the client, except for licensed images, fonts, and third-party tools.
5. Support and Updates
A short period of technical support is included after delivery to ensure everything works correctly.
Extended support and maintenance can be arranged separately.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for operational disruptions, server errors, or technical problems beyond our control (e.g., with the hosting provider).
We do not guarantee specific Google search results, but we follow established SEO best practices.
7. Cancellation
If the project is cancelled by the client after work has started, compensation for the work already performed will be charged according to the agreed hourly rate.
